Simeon is an excellent and understanding trainer. This is my first time in getting personal trainer to help me with my exercise and losing weight.
He knows well on what need to be done and give an excellent advice on how to start a proper meal and exercise.
I've learn a lot of new stuff. especially on the healthy diet. I understand the importance of food intake daily thanks to his constant reminders. At the same time, with all the 10 sessions that i have did with him, i began to learn the basic type of exercise and lifting needed to improve my body shape and posture.

I really enjoyed having Simeon as my personal trainer. He was hard-working, professional and always open to feedback. Throughout the journey I always felt he had my best interests in mind.
My main goal in hiring Simeon was to learn proper technique and control in using the machines in the gym. Simeon has a good eye when it came to teaching me proper methods to use the machines and was able to spot weaknesses in my technique. He even help identify and alleviate issues I was having with my left shoulder.
Simeon takes an integrated approach to exercise which encompasses everything outside the gym as well. While I could not take full advantage of this part of the training this kind of support is very rarely offered by other personal trainers.

The following 12 sessions were fully orientated to my suggestions and needs, I.e to improve my sports performance and proprioception. I came to Sim with right knee pain due to weak gluteus muscles and ankle instability. Over the 12 weeks, I saw better improvements in terms of sport performances and in day-day activity. Over the last 10 sessions I have learnt a lot about how to improve my strength and get in better shape in general. I am less worried about injury, especially using the weight machine because of how thoroughly I've been taught how to use specific muscle groups. Simeon was an amazing trainer. Not only did he show me how to execute difficult exercises, he demonstrated how to isolate certain muscles and make sure they are engaged. Because of this, I can now move my pecs and see my lats getting stronger and growing. My shoulder mobility and strength has increased a lot as well especially after my dislocation. On top of this I have lost about 5 kilos of fat. My body looks so much better now and my confidence has grown immensely. Thank you Simeon!

The coaching experience was really enjoyable and fun for me. Working with Simeon helped me gain more confidence and knowledge working out in the gym. Before, I would be timid and unsure of what I was doing. But now I know a lot of techniques, workouts and how to do the correct form.
I would recommend him to everyone as he was always adapting to my needs by asking questions frequently and checking up on me. I never felt uncomfortable as he was considerate and asking if I was alright with things or not. He made me very motivated to work harder and push towards my goals, but I was never pressured and never did I feel like I wanted to give up. I even started to like preparing healthy meals and now I am more aware of the calories that I am consuming.
I have no complaints as he did everything that I wanted, so yes it was worth the money. I'm really satisfied with everything that I obtained in terms of physical results and knowledge, and I'm really glad I worked with him.
