Flexibility - Online training with me works effectively for someone who
cannot train directly with due to time and cost. However you receive the same tailored
training plans and nutrition plan specific to your goals.

Online coaching process:
Step 1: Schedule a call/skype to discuss your goals, lifestyle and training
experience. While I will also explain how we will reach your goals through my coaching
methods.
Step 2: I will set your file up on Google drive and set you up on the online
for useful videos and PDF’s, also I will link you to the training app (trainerfu) where your
workouts will have video support and tracking.
Step 3 : Enjoy the online experience see the results in no time. Apply
consistency and adherence to your training and diet plan and you will reach your goals in no
time.
