Group training process:

Step 1 (Consultation): Discuss a collective goals and explain a plan of action for a specific type of training for the group

Step 2 (Connect): Get everyone ready to begin the programme, detailing thing they should have before the start of the process. This is where I set up a programme to tailor to everyone’s needs.

Step 3 (Results and support): While we challenge each other, we will provide additional support through a Whatsapp group so we can support everyone to their specific goals.
