Home training process:

Step 1 (Consultation): Arrange a consultation to assess your goals, lifestyle and training experience. I will also be able to assess the workout environment. I will also explain how we will reach your goals through my coaching methods

Step 2 (Programming): Design a programme suitable to your training experience and customise a tailor made diet plan to reach your goals. You will also be set up on goggle drive to access useful PDF’s and view your workouts.

Step 3 (Results): Begin the journey in the comfort of your own home and start seeing the results.
