I focus on strength training and functional exercises based on free weights and machines. I make sure when I focus on the cardio it is fun and not the traditional run on a treadmill.

Most of my clients follow 3-4 sessions per week. Some clients have 2 sessions per week. However, I always explain that the ideal amount of sessions is 3 times per week. This is where we see consistent results with manageable progress.
All sessions are 60 minutes long. The sessions are structured to include the warm up, the session and a cool down. We also discuss strategies for the week outside gym.
All the sessions are conducted at my Private Personal Training Studio in Kiarong. Sessions are only done privately there is no walk-in.
Weight loss – If you have real low self-confidence and you feel your weight is above the average BMI range. The end goal is to reduce your weight and improve your health.
Fat loss – If you feel you have low self-confidence and you want to reduce your body fat while increasing your lean muscle tissue. The end goal is seeing a body transformation

The pricing will depend on the duration of your goal and how many sessions you do monthly.
I totally understand, I have online plans that have videos so you can follow how to do all the exercises related to your goals safely and effectively. If you have any questions relating to health and fitness please don’t hesitate to contact me, I will try to give you my best advice to reach your goals.
My role is to be as flexible as possible. So if you can only fit in a workout late in the evening, I can accommodate time so it fits into your lifestyle.
Always a misconception when females use weights is they think they will get huge muscles. However, this only happens if you eat excessive amounts of food to put on high body while increasing your muscle. Controlling your calories, with eating the right type of nutrition to support your goal will get you in shape through strength training. It is also noted strength training can improves your posture.
I totally understand that lifting weights can be scary. However, I ensure all my clients that we will choose a challenging weight that is ideal for where they are right now. What I know that everyone can lift different weights.
This is factored into your programme. We have set protocols for the certain time of the month. This is to help with keeping you maintaining programme.
I have worked with many females who lack upper body strength. Through the right training I help you learn the correct technique get stronger injury free. Most females goals are mainly to be able to do push ups or a pull-ups.
This is achieved with a specific goal in the programme. We will focus on bringing your overall body fat down with increase the muscle in the glutes and legs.
I will be giving you a programme every 4 weeks. Along with your programme we will have a face to face/Skype call depending where you are every Sunday. I will be adjusting the plan according to circumstances such as family events or public holidays. The online coaching is designed to make you feel I am right next to you the whole way through. I won’t be there in the gym with you, however all my videos and documents makes you feel I am right there with you. Additionally, I will check in during the week, while we will have a set check in call towards the end of the week.
Because you have 24/7 contact with me to my personal number you will be able to send voice notes, text messages and record exercises so I can comment and even record how to correctly perform exercises.
If you are in Brunei we can look at getting you to come to Victorious to have a 1:2:1 session. Or there is an option to arrange Skype call weekly (Both an additional cost).
Yes you can, I except paypal payments. It is a very secure way for payment. You will be sent an invoice and email stating your purchase.
Payment will be paid monthly with a being paid a month in advance. The first payment will be set at the agreed start date.
You pay directly into my Brunei bank account. You will receive an invoice upon payment.
