The coaching process:
Step 1 (Questionnaire and consultation): We will sit down and discuss your
overall goals and set a realistic approach to achieving results.
Step 2 (Programming): I will spend time creating a tailored programme to
your goal. You will be set up a Google drive file with useful information about the
programme
Step 3 (Body assessment): Your first session will be an overall body
assessment where we get all the relevant information related to your goals.
Step 4 (Results): Week on week we will execute challenges and goals that
make you see results in no time.
