My name Simeon Williams, I have dedicated my craft to being an elite personal trainer, with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and also semi-professional football.

My passion is to help professional people reduce their body fat and achieve life- changing results.

This is all while also developing skills and knowledge you can have for life.

We will do this through changing the perception on how to live a healthy lifestyle, building a powerful new mind-set and tackling each challenge/change together.

How do I know what it’s like to make a change?

In my younger years I was sporty yet very thin and lacked the results true desired.

I had low self-confidence and it affected my general life. Once getting introduced to strength training by a former mentor I gained huge physical changes and this became the foundation for shifting a long held perspective that cardio and hyper restrictive nutrition was the way to what it is today, the perspective that gets results.

This is what inspires me to help other achieve similar results of reducing body fat, improve their confidence and better their life.

All while being able to balance it with a happy social lifestyle.
